Since 1999, Vaggelis and Nikos have created an amazing place in the island of Paros. Only few kilometers away from Paroikia, at Souvlia beach (or Dolphin beach), Mango met Papaya and Magaya was born.
At first glance you can notice that it is not an ordinary place. Multiethnic influences are obvious all around. This style is the result of the trips that Vaggelis and Nikos have done. Most of the furniture and decoration objects are made by them. Many corners with different elements around the place create a delicate and elegant environment, full of exotic plants, cactus, handmade sofas and totems. The strongest element of the place is the wonderful view of the sea all around, which can ensure you magical moments full of relaxation.
Coffee, juices, refreshments and breakfast at the bar, deckchairs, beach or the other places of Magaya, is the best way to start your day. Multiethnic tastes like Asian, Lebanese, Mexican, Mediterranean and of course fresh fish are some of the menu’s choices. Exotic salads, pasta, falafel, chicken, meat, seafood in interesting and delicate combinations will satisfy your appetite. The dishes are prepared every day with carefully chosen and fresh ingredients. The recipes come from owners’ trips and they are being enriched all the time. There are daily extra culinary suggestions which will satisfy even the most demanding customers.
When the sun goes down, the scenery becomes unique. The colors of the place are in absolute harmony with the colors of the sunset. A cold beer, a glass of wine or an exotic cocktail in combination with the dj’s music choices in front of the sea, will make your moments there unforgettable.
If you visit Magaya, it will not be just once, that’s why it has faithful friends all these years. The perfect service, the pleasant and smile of the staff and of course the high quality satisfy all the visitors and leave them with the best impressions.
The future plans of Vaggelis and Nikos are to make the place more pleasant and welcoming and enrich the menu with tastier combinations as they do all these years.
Some of the comments that we hear about Magaya are “little paradise, divine, strange beautiful, pleasurable, diamond of Paros…”
